Mail order only. E-mail preferred. Book rate: $3.50/1st vol., .50 @ additional. Priority: $6. Ins extra and recommended. Ohioans must pay 6.75% sales tax. International post by Surface mail: $8 or Global Priority (if the book fits the envelope): $10. Due to the vagaries of int. mail, foreign shipments are sent at buyer's risk.
