Indigo Cottage Books began as a small booth situated in a large antique market in Fayetteville, PA, USA back in the late 1980s. At that time the business was known as "Somewhere in Time" Books and Antiques. My father, my husband and myself are long time bibliophiles, collectors and purveyors of books. My father is a published playwright in the U.S and my husband is the nephew of a very popular local history author. Our families have always been involved with books - for reading, research, collecting and trading. We each scour for books from any source available. We have always believed that book collecting should be for everybody, regardless of income or class. We offer a general inventory to include: used, out of print, one of a kind, sometimes rare titles; early American Juvenile Series of the 20th century, Americana, Mystery, Literature, and what have you. We have many friends who are in the book business - so we are able to contact them to "pick" books that we are unable to locate for our clients. We also offer very nice quality ex-libris books. Sometimes that may be the only way to find a missing title of a collection! We do not sell multiple copies of any title - and of late, we are beginning to ship many mysteries to our friends in Great Britain. We ship your title within 24 to 48 hours. Receipt (not during the Christmas season) has been averaging within one week to Great Britain
