Selling Books through Biblion.co.uk
Biblion.co.uk's commissions and fees are among the lowest in the industry.
Below is a breakdown of the billing options offered by Biblion.co.uk. Our billing
options make it much easier for booksellers to know exactly what their commissions
and/or fees from Biblion.co.uk will be for each sale.
Booksellers are given the choice of the two following billing options while applying for an account:
(NOTE-THERE ARE NO MANDATORY MONTHLY LISTING FEES! ANY CHARGES WILL BE CALCULATED IN U.S. DOLLAR EQUIVALENTS.)
* Option A - Only a monthly commission of 15%, $40 (approximately £21.50) maximum commission per item sold -- $0.50 cent (approximately £0.25) minimum commission per item sold.
No monthly listing fee!
* Option B -
A flat 7.5% commission and a flat monthly fee based on the following
fee schedule, $40, (approximately £21.50) maximum commission per item sold -- $0.50 cent (approximately £0.25) minimum commission per item sold.
Flat monthly fees as follows (applicable to Option B only):
Number of Books Listed = Monthly Fee
0 - 10,000 = $10 per month, (approximately £5.50)
10,001 - 20,000 = $15 per month, (approximately £8)
20,001 - 30,000 = $20 per month, (approximately £10.75)
30,001 - 40,000 = $25 per month, (approximately £13.50)
each additional 10,000 books = $5.00 per month (approximately £2.50)
Book Dealers will be able to choose which of the above
plans they want to participate in, and Biblion.co.uk will provide guidance
as to the most cost effective option upon request.
*Book Dealers will be allowed to make plan changes at any time,
but the new plan choice will not be effective until the start of the
next month.
